  1. Follow the yellow brick road to the House of Representatives.

  2. Has anyone been able to call Hoyer's office to see when the House might schedule this?

  3. Now we need to crash the House and Gobama!

Spend your money well folks......who knows if and when we could receive any new help or adequate legislation.

    God bless

  4. Oh, and I had 98-2...I think I was closest.

For my prize...A-Rods first home run tonight is dedicated to me :)

  5. I have not. It has been said they will stay over through Saturday if needed. It would be nice to know? I will call, unless you are JerzeeGirl?

  6. ...and I am doubtful even if this all all sewed up this week that I will have any $$ by Thanksgiving. All NJ has said so far is that if/when another extension becomes available, they will send letters (regular mail letters) to everyone with a form you need to complete and send back.

I will be lucky to see a dime by December.

  7. No phone, can't call. I posted Hoyer's info last night under the post about "Good Quote" - it is a few down

  8. I hope you get it by Thanksgiving. I don't even have to apply, they will send benefit amount. It's just another tier of EUC. It does depend on the State how quickly it gets there.

  10. I have switched to regular C-Span

A Rep from CA was speaking about Health Care, and was interrupted....two people came in and did this official "announcement"

We have a message from the Senate.....she was bowing her head and everything.....said HR3548 had passed with amendments....then show bows her head again and they left. Really, there should have been trumpets or something. Then the CA Rep continued with her speech.

Let me see if it is on C-Span, it was kind of cool to watch.

  12. Thank you for posting that link Jerzee!! It was cool! Now, it is officially received by the House and they will hopefully take care of it as fast as possible and get it to the POTUS to sign it with a brand new magical pen!

  13. i'm in calif. and started my unemployment in late july of this year with my benefits expiring end of Jan. 2010. Will I be eligible for all extensions with the passing of this new bill... thanks in advance..

  14. No...at this moment you will not be eligible for any extensions at this moment if you expire in January. I will double check this bill for you just to make sure. BRB

  15. I am wrong. I read the bill and you are covered through next year on it. Although all other extensions are not available to you at this moment. HR 3404 will extend those to you, if you have not used them up in the past. That bill is in the House committee and will not get passed until next year (if and when?). Good Luck, Carl

  16. Maybe the two not represented were senators from Arizona and Utah?
